Before founding Full Court Press, Stephanie spent two decades in regional and global roles building new growth engines from the ground up — generating over SGD 500 million in multi-year and recurring enterprise sales across FMCG, consumer goods, hospitality and tech.

She has led commercial functions for some of the world's most recognised brands — building the narrative, the systems, and the teams that turned market opportunity into sustainable revenue. She has done this for global category leaders and for fast-moving challengers entering Asia for the first time.

She founded Full Court Press on a single conviction: that most companies are not held back by their product — they are held back by the absence of a clear growth engine. FCP builds that engine, end-to-end.
